My mission extends beyond the American yoga practice, as I believe in nurturing the mind, body, and soul through a blend of movement, dietary and herbal direction, body-mind therapies, and joyful conversation through real human connection.
My approach, which I call Adaptogenics, integrates my life’s work into the time the clients and I have together. With a focus on personalized guidance, I aim to cultivate a lifestyle regimen that resonates with the client’s body and their requirements, promoting overall vitality.
I hold a certification in a modality known as Quantum Touch- a healing practice that uses the channeling of energy through the meridian lines of the body to assist in the movement of Chi/Life Force Energy. I have been an Energy Medicine Practitioner for 16+ years. I’ve more recently gained a certificate in Intraoral Massage giving me insight into the causes of tension headaches, the release of sinus pressure, assisting in drainage for concussions, relief for TMJ, and other tensions in the head, neck, and shoulders.
Adding to the value of my above services, I have a background in Ayurveda via my certification in Yoga, ongoing training, and collaboration with other amazing practitioners and teachers in this field of study. I grew up learning Folk Herbalism and trained with two Hopi Medicine Women over a five-year time period. This training also lends to some shamanic practices. I have taken classes in Psychology and have attended deep dive learning sessions with licensed Psychologists more than monthly for 10 + years while studying the effects of trauma. I hold a certificate in Trauma Informed Yoga Practices. And, hold a Level 1 Doula Certification.
With all of this and more, I tailor each session to meet the clients unique energetic, emotional, and physical needs. My Wellness Consultations are more than just discussions--they're deep dives into the client’s health journey. Through collaborative planning, we co-create actionable plans designed to gently guide their lives toward a path of holistic well-being.
